Description
NOBASIL TDN 100 is a slab made from mineral, basalt fibres. NOBASIL TDN AL, TDN NGR, TDN E can be faced on one side, with aluminium foil stiffened with glass fibre ( TDN AL), lightweight fibreglass matting, white in colour (TDN NGR), glass fabric (TDN E 205 or TDN E 360), or on both sides with lightweight fibreglass matting coloured black.
Use
NOBASIL TDN 100 is intended for thermal, acoustic and fire protection insulation of plain and curved plates of industrial and power facilities (boilers, tanks, furnaces, pipelines, etc.). Products can be applied as sound insulation to the anti-noise walls. Likewise, the Nobasil TDN AL, TDN NGR, TDN E products are used for the thermal insulation of plates required a surface treatment. The effective use and application of the Nobasil products into building constructions require to observe generally accepted manners and technic regulations for these products which are certified by the certificate system as a regular basis for the realization of specific insulating works.
NOBASIL TDN 100
- it has low thermal conductivity - excellent insulation properties
- it is non-combustible - it increases the passive safety of structures
- it is permeable to vapour, it does not increase the diffusion resistance of structures
- it has acoustic properties
- it is biologically stable - on correct application it maintains long-lasting insulation properties
- it is resistant to microorganisms and rodents
- it is chemically neutral - it does not react with surrounding materials
- under changing temperatures it is stable in volume and shape
- it is easy to cut to the required size and shape
- it does not absorb water - hygrophobic throughout its cross section
- during transport, storage and handling it is necessary to protect the product against mechanical damage and the effects of the weather

Packaging:
- The appropriate number of slabs are stacked in the form of a bale, which is wrapped in PE foil. Other methods of packaging can be agreed with the manufacturer.
