NOBASIL SAE

Description

NOBASIL SAE and NOBASIL SAS slabs have a bituminous layer attached to the functional side, of min thickness 2-3 mm. this bituminous layer is protected with a microfoil covering, which burns off during the process of melting the waterproofing. The slabs are hygrophobic throughout their cross sections.

Use

NOBASIL SAE and NOBASIL SAS boards are intended for thermal, acoustic and fireproof insulation of flat single-ply membrane roofs with hot-applied waterproof bituminous sheeting. The bituminous layer ensures the quality of the hot application of the entire waterproof covering.

NOBASIL SAE and NOBASIL SAS slabs

• they have low thermal conductivity – excellent insulation properties
• they have very good parameters of compression and tension perpendicular to the flat slab
• they are non-combustible – they increase the passive safety of buildings
• they have a low vapour diffusion resistance factor - air permeable
• they are biologically stable – on correct application they maintain long-lasting insulation properties
• they are chemically neutral – they do not react with surrounding materials
• under changing temperatures they are stable in volume and shape
• they are easy to cut to the required size and shape
• they do not absorb water – hygrophobic throughout their cross sections
• they are anchored by adhesive and mechanical fasteners
• during transport, storage and installation they must be protected from the effects of the weather
• they must be built into the construction in a dry condition

Board NOBASIL SAE is suitable in terms of hygiene.
